Q) Where are your products manufactured?

All of our aluminum products (including the Pullup Bar, Hula Hoops, and Tightrope) are designed, built, and assembled entirely in the USA. Each piece is cut, welded, and polished by hand. It's a love of labor, and we know you'll love it too when you see your product in person for the first time.

Q) Do you accept international orders?

Most of our items ship most places around the world.  Shipping costs to other countries outside the US vary from country to country -- your final price including shipping will be shown before confirming your order.  If you have any problems purchasing an item on our site, please email us.

If you have any problems adding multiple items to the cart for international orders (orders from outside the USA) please contact us to help  you

We ship internationally with UPS. If you place an order from a country outside the US, please submit a telephone number so that UPS can contact you in the case of an address dispute...a tracking number is forwarded to you so you can monitor the progress of your package.

 

Q) How long does shipping take?

Most orders go out within 1-2 days of your order. Orders within the 48 states usually take UPS about 3-7 days to arrive. Orders to Australia may take up to 8-10  days. Other international orders are somewhere in between.

 

Q) How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to the 48 states is free! For anywhere else, the shipping cost will be added to your order as you checkout (the cost depends on which country/province you are shipping to).

Q) How much static load can this product take?

There are many discussions on dynamic load testing ,ultimate breaking points and static load limits
While the discussions about numbers during tests are not really understood and/ or magnified by many
One number needs to be understood
A force of 400 lbs or greater to any part of the body can inflict injury
And a force of 600 lb or greater can inflict serious permant damage either to the spinal cord or to limbs at the attachment point such as shoulders for example.
All of our aerial rigs or accesories have been tested in various forms and methods and designed in accordance with the way its is intended to be used and can handle more than the human body can take.
